Temperature range
Operation in two critical ranges: temperature-controlled product (+15°C to +25°C) and refrigerated product (+2°C to +8°C). We have physical segregation in the warehouse and in the transport unit to avoid cross-contamination of ranges.
Logging and audit
Temperature records are stored at 5-minute resolution with timestamped digital backup. The client receives access to the shipment report for internal or regulatory audit purposes.
Regulatory coordination
We work with the client’s regulatory team to manage FDA Prior Notice, COFEPRIS permits when applicable, and authorization to handle controlled products (narcotics, psychotropics) with a specific protocol and strict follow-up.
