Documentary scope
We manage the customs account of the client’s IMMEX program with a monthly movement report, reconciliation against Annex 24 when applicable, and stay-period tracking to avoid forced regime changes.
Physical operation
Temporary imports from Asia or the U.S., storage under the IMMEX regime in a strategic bonded warehouse, distribution to the maquila plant in Nogales or Hermosillo, and export of finished product at cycle close.
Regime changes
When the client needs to nationalize inventory (moving from IMMEX to definitive) or vice versa, we issue the regime-change pedimento with tax accompaniment to avoid inconsistencies in the customs account.
